Egg Fried Rice Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • Rice: 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Green Onion: 2 pcs
  • Capsicum: 1 piece
  • Chinese Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil 4 tablespoons

Method:

  1. Salt the rice, and put it on the stove to boil.
  2. Chop onions and fry them in heated oil in a skillet until they change to a lighter brown in colour.
  3. Whisk eggs and beat them in bowls, then add black pepper, salt and Chinese salt. Whisk again.
  4. Mix the eggs and beaters in the brown onions.
  5. After eggs have been cooked after which you can add cut green onions, soy sauce and chopped.
  6. Then add carrots and capsicum and cook on a high heat.
  7. Once the liquid in the carrot is dry Add salt, black pepper, and Chinese salt. Mix thoroughly.
  8. Add the rice to the boiling water and mix thoroughly.
  9. Sprinkle the green onion leaves with salt and place them in a dam (steam-cook) on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
