  Ingredients: Rice: 1 cup Carrot 1 medium Green Onion: 2 pcs Capsicum: 1 piece Chinese Salt 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon Oil 4 tablespoons Method: Salt the rice, and put it on the stove to boil. Chop onions and fry them in heated oil in a skillet until they change to a lighter brown in colour. Whisk eggs and beat them in bowls, then add black pepper, salt and Chinese salt. Whisk again. Mix the eggs and beaters in the brown onions. After eggs have been cooked after which you can add cut green onions, soy sauce and chopped. Then add carrots and capsicum and cook on a high heat.
